With over 20 years in the industry, I strive to share my knowledge, skills, guidance, support, motivation, and educational resources that will allow my clients to explore their own fitness potential, as well as enhance their quality of life now and in the future. My goal is to design cutting edge training programs that are safe, fun, effective, and efficient. I look at training as a continuum that incorporates strength, flexibility, proper movement patterns and encouraging the body to work in all 3 planes of motion, which leads to a different level of health, well-being and performance.
My personal belief is that functional strength training starts with correcting improper movements, then strengthening the new patterns. With that being said, everyone can benefit from functional strength training, as the whole point is to become stronger through coordinated movement. All I ask of my clients is to try to approach every obstacle as as opportunity to grow, begin every day with positive thoughts and know that the journey of achieving optimum health can be the most fun, rewarding thing you will ever do.
